Monday Monday...

Well, today's blog entry will be written in Orange on account of it being OUTFLY at Wartburg College. For those of you reading that might not know (although Im pretty sure that there aren't any of you reading this that might not know), Outfly is a day at Wartburg where the student body president calls off class. Students don't know when it will be, although plenty of them try and guess, so the cross country team (dressed only in their bloomers) is a welcome wake-up call at 6:00AM. I's say that it's pretty much the highlight of a Wartburg student's fall term. So... in honor of such a wonderful occasion... I'm writing in orange :)

It is now nearing 5:00 Pm and I have been cooped up in this office since noon. I tried to convince my boss to let me have my own Outfly, being that I am still considered a student, but that didn't go over too well, so I've been doing paperwork since I got here. Not surprisingly, I had enough to keep me busy until about 4:00. Since then, I have been setting up for tonight's sessions and planning for next week. All part of the job I guess :) SPEAKING of jobs... I sent out 10 resumes and cover letters to different facilities around Iowa and Minneapolis this afternoon. Most of them have MT programs already implemented, but there are a few that don't. I figure that they probably won't start on on account of my letter and Music Therapy fact sheet... but they will never know I am interested in working for them, if I don't at least try.

Ok, well I think that Betsy must be thinking of me or writing to me or something involving me because I have the sudden urge to pee. We've decided that we trigger each other's pee reflexes because within 3 minutes of whenever we start talking, both of us have to pee. It's one of those weird "forever friends" sort of things, I guess ;-)
