It's a Bah-Humbug day!

Hi~

You know that U2 song "It's a beautiful day"?? Well, that song was most definitely not written in suburban Cleveland in October. Today was the most dreary, rainy, cold, nasty, bah-humbug kind of day!! It was my first day of work at the local Hallmark store and they were anticipating tons of people to come scope out the new Christmas ornaments. Needless to say... there were barely any customers in the store and I had barely anything to do. Which made the dreary, rainy, cold, nasty, bah-humbug kind of day... only more dreary, rainy, cold, nasty, and bah-humbug! I'm excited to be trained on the registers (not like it will be any different than any other job I have had) and actually get to start working.

So, here's the thing.... I am in a rather bad mood tonight. More than likely a direct reflection of the previously mentioned day and my lack of sleep last night (I had to get up at 6:45 for work!)... but whatever the reason... I'm not all about writing in this blog tonight!

I'm off to a new church tomorrow. I hope the Lord speaks to me there, I haven't heard Him in a while.
